MANAGING OFFSHORE PROJECTS

We have an experienced team of managers and technicians located at our partner facility in the Philippines. The Maintenance teams operate in a software factory environment. We engage the factory for software conversion, data conversion, data cleanup, code optimization, performance tuning & enhancement, load testing business process reengineering.

We operate on several different levels:  

v  We undertake Software Enhancement projects by constructing an exact offshore replica of your technical environment, including migration and setup of your entire database and transmission of the data via a direct link for the data load. We then freeze your code before enhancement can begin. It is to be understood that from that point on our facility will be the primary source for ongoing enhancement and refurbishment of the code. This will avoid duplication of effort. Version Control will be applied according to your Configuration Management process. Alternately, we could apply our Configuration Management process based on industry standard. Release Management will be a collaborative effort between our offshore project managers and yours. 

v  We could alternatively take ownership of your software portfolio only and apply fixes at an individual program or module level and then ship it back to you for Integration and System testing. This effort will ensure the correct functioning of the code. A detailed Functional Specification and a Detailed Design of the application will be pre-requisites.  

v  We can also support and manage your existing software applications including troubleshooting, ad-hoc development, management of patches and most things related to your databases in order to get such issues off your mind and let you focus on your core competencies.
